Empire & Crowland Allstars is a registered Community Interest Company which is now in it's 6th Season.
The aim: to reach more young people and share our enthusiasm for Allstar Cheer & Dance. Our programme has been designed to enhance and celebrate the talent of athletes whilst increasing physical activity levels, personal well-being, mental health and grow a huge range of transferrable skills. Every child has the opportunity to showcase their talents through a range of local performance opportunities and competitions.

In 2018, Nikita set up a small cheer dance class in Crowland looking to offer something different to young people in the area and promote physical activity for young girls. Her recreational cheer & dance classes became very popular very quickly and this led to the start of Empire Elite Allstars with the 2nd gym location in Spalding opening in 2021. The club started their competitive programme in 2021 which has seen quick success in English Allstar Cheer and Dance.
Empire Elite continues to grow as a family, aiming to make a positive impact on young peoples lives no matter their age, ethnicity or background. Increasing the National Statistics of girls in sport and preventing drop out from age 11 is a main focus area for Empire Elite in the South Holland area.

Empire Elite is proud to have a coaching team dedicated to the development and improvement of all athletes within the Empire Elite family. At Empire Elite you will find coaches that are friendly, supportive, motivating and proud no matter what level and outcome. With experience in a range of different sports industry & educational settings, at empire elite we also help build confidence, communication, independence, team work, commitment & perseverance which are all transferrable skills into the school environment.

Junior/Assistant Coaches
Empire Elite has a enthusiastic team of Junior & Assistant Coaches that support our club coaches in sessions. Junior Coaches are placed in sessions specific to their area of enjoyment & strengths which enhances the support they can provide athletes developing in sessions. Our junior coaches are seen as role models across the club and create great supportive bonds with athletes as they can support with athlete experience. Our Junior Coaches are supported through BGU coaching qualifications, further education pathways & training of trasnferable skills into their adolesence.
