Recreational Cheer Classes
Our recreational classes are perfect for anyone who would like to give cheerleading a go from ages 3+.
Our recreational cheerleading classes cover all of the basics including stunts, tumbling & jumps. Recreational classes are a great starting point, are just for fun requiring less commitment and are perfect for athletes also considering our competitive programme. Build up your skills in our recreational classes ready for tryouts in July.

Our Empire Tumble Classes are designed for athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners working on their first skills to more experienced athletes looking to take their tumbling to the next level.
Whether your goal is to learn your first forward roll, handstand or cartwheel, perfect your walkovers and handsprings, or work towards more advanced skills such as tucks, layouts and fulls, our experienced coaches are here to help you progress safely and confidently.

Competitive teams require a higher level of commitment and full season dedication (September to July), to be placed on one of our teams.
